New Century Honda

Do not buy a Honda from this Dealership I was out of town for work and my wife went in to this dealer and she bought a Honda Civic. The salesperson sold her 2 up sells - 1. Extended war I was out of town for work and my wife went in to this dealer and she bought a Honda Civic. The salesperson sold her 2 up sells - 1. Extended warranty for 2k and 2. An alarm app for 1 K. When I got home that night I informed her that cars comes with a warranty and you don't need it. The car alarm that comes with the car would fit our need just fine. The next day less than 24 hours later. We went back to the dealership together and I asked for these 2 options to be taken off. Just an FYI - the saleswoman who sold my wife the car would not even come over and say hello to my wife - my wife was like she was so nice yesterday and today she does not even know me. The Finance person informed us that the GM would only take off the extended warranty and refused to take off the up sell of the application. I went to talk to the GM and he said that the car alarm would not work unless we bought the app and that all buyers are required to buy the phone application. Being in the tech field I knew he was lying right to my face. I walked out and the GM told my wife she was making a big mistake not getting the extended warranty. Like Honda's are known for mechanical problems? Needless to say I'm very upset and walked out. I called Hollywood Honda and the car is equipped with a factory alarm and the app is not needed. These people are con men - if you want to get ripped off go to this Honda Dealership in Glendale. More
