Slightly weird experience when I wanted to decline warranty The dealership is great but at first, they’ll call you several times and later when you’ve bought your car but call back for some questions or decide The dealership is great but at first, they’ll call you several times and later when you’ve bought your car but call back for some questions or decide to take off the warranty and $995 for Karr protection package, they will neither call you back nor respond to your email. My bf had to email the owner to get my money back because the general manager very rudely told him, the car isn’t registered in your name! Some professional conduct is expected at least from the GM.
