Battery Issue I was frustrated about my battery issue coz it was the third time my car didn’t start after coming in to service a few times. They weren’t able to fin I was frustrated about my battery issue coz it was the third time my car didn’t start after coming in to service a few times. They weren’t able to find the issue coz all the codes are passing. Haybert helped me get a new battery. Hopefully it fixes the issue. He was very patient with me thou I’m super irritated. My car is only 2 years old. But unfortunately they couldn’t find why it’s not starting from time to time. The service manager n max was helpful too. I appreciate all your help. Hopefully my car doesn’t give me the same problems anymore after this new battery. Thou Honda didn’t wanna cover the warranty. Thank you for all your help. More

Recall I had a call from Honda of America about my Honda Accord 2018 recall event. Day after that call, I got call from New Century Honda, Glendale. Making of appointment took 2 minutes, the recall issue update less than 1.5 hrs on Saturday. They have a very convenient lounge room with comfortable furniture. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Recommendations I didn't like as I've said before the recommended services they wrote on my bill. They made it sound like my car about to fall apart. Honda is a dependable car, I've been maintaining it ever since I bought it. Maybe there's a one or two leaks on certain parts but to say the parts are separating blows my mind. That's the reason why I don't go there hardly the lies I needed this and that. I'm very wise on what dealers say known to overcharge because I'm a woman thinking I can get fooled easily. I had mechanics checked, test drove my car, none says I have all that problems. More
