Great service for code B1 change oil and tire rotation I was greeted by a service staff, took info and told me Luis will meet with me shortly. I barely noticed the time and the mechanic came to see me that my car is ready... it wasn't a long wait, Luis came and meet wirh me stating my car is in good shape and explained the service provided and ushered me where to pay my bills, however my door handle inside had gotten dirty with a trace of black stuff in it from their hands but took care of the dirt and glad it was removed by a foam cleaner, overall they are fast and great More

If not for Carlos, I wouldn't go back Manny called me and offered to schedule an oil change for a special price of $24.99. Since our car needed oil change, I scheduled the appointment and Manny called me and offered to schedule an oil change for a special price of $24.99. Since our car needed oil change, I scheduled the appointment and the price seemed great. After the service I ended up paying $40.89 for the "special" oil change, which was supposed to be only $24.99. I didn't say anything, thought maybe the fees are just part of the cost and were not included. I came home and checked the receipt of the previous oil change for the same car, and it was $40.29, regular price. It's a new low for dealerships to call and offer special oil change, and at the customer ends up paying more for the "special" oil change compared to a regular priced oil change. I took both receipts and went back to the cashier. Carlos (#305) apologized for the inconvenience and offered a free oil change next time. If not for him, I would not go back to this stealership. I have two Hondas, and I am looking to buy the new Accord. Not sure if I want to do it at this dealership. We'll see. Carlos made things right and for now I'll go back. If this happens again, I have many options, I'll go somewhere else. This is exactly why I change the brakes and do other maintenance work myself on my Accord. My wife, however, prefers that I take her car for service at the dealer, but if I have another experience like this, I will not go back to New Century Honda. I went this time because of the special pricing. STOP these low tricks and machinations. I know somewhat about car maintenance, and usually I don't fall in your traps. I feel sorry for the unassuming customers who get ripped off my you. CHECK your reviews on Yelp and Google, see what people say about you. One more thing I forgot to mention is that not only did I not receive the special oil change they promised me, but I also presented a $25 coupon to Max, and he said I can't use the coupon, because I am already getting the special oil change. Then he made it a point to let me know that he is giving me a $10 discount on the transmission fluid drain and refill, as if he is doing me a favor. More
