I appreciate the assistance I received from Chris Jimenez - one of the Service Managers. Though this Honda dealership is geographically the closest one to me, I have always used the one where I purchased my car from (better deal than anyone else). However, the service department at that location has become a bit less friendly than before. So...I made a move to New Century Honda. I hope my future visits at the New Century Honda will be as pleasant as the recent one! Thank you Chris for making my first visit a positive experience! More

Friendly and informative I was expecting my car buying experience to be the usual headache, but Rayce and the team at New Century Honda made it both fast and inviting. They were incredibly helpful, very knowledgeable about the vehicles, and offered us tons of options and information about the types of car we could purchase. Communication in and out of the dealership was clear and they were easy to get a hold of when I had questions. They weren’t pushy or standoffish at all either. The deal we were able to come to was very fair and wasn’t a nightmare to arrive at. On top of that, the dealership itself is clean and kept up nicely. My girlfriend and I are very happy with our new Honda and the experience buying it was the beat car buying experience I’ve had so far. Thanks guys! More

Fine. It was fine. And by fine, I mean just ok. Dropped off car for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Took an hour. Paid up and then proceeded to wait 20 minutes on the sidewalk because they lost my car. Worst part is the endless text messages asking me about my experience. The wait was annoying. The automated text messages are super annoying. If my business matters, reach out with a human.... or cut the crap. More
