Efren was helpful on the rescheduling. I came back on Friday and Louis helped me out for my scheduled service. I got a shuttle service drop off, but when my car is ready no shuttle was available and I was provided by ridesharing service to pick me up. Lyft was sent to the wrong address and I ended up walking 6-7 blocks with a heavy backpack. I don’t think Louis took the time to listen to me and my instructions or even read the shuttle service request log. When I got there to look for him, he was not there. This is the second time this happened. More
