Car repair I came in because my tire pressure light came on and they told me that my car wasn’t safe to drive (because of other reasons). Misunderstanding and Avoidance We had purchased a car through this dealership, and overall, the experience was pleasant. The sales team was exceptional and although the negotiations We had purchased a car through this dealership, and overall, the experience was pleasant. The sales team was exceptional and although the negotiations were difficult, they were understanding and delivered a great, used car. However, this finance manager was the worst. Pushy and difficult, he made the process of paying for the car a pain. We had opted for a no interest payment method, however, he proposes installments to which he guarantees "no interest payments" despite my skepticism. Then, when we receive the bill from Capital One - late I may add - he still guarantees he will "pay it back". Then rescinds on his word and guarantees "a free check-up" to which he then proceeds to ignore myself and my mom on phone and cellphone. Very unprofessional. More
