Great Experience Started off a little rough when I found out that the car that I drove all the way there for had mileage different than what was posted on the internet Started off a little rough when I found out that the car that I drove all the way there for had mileage different than what was posted on the internet. (I called first but did not confirm the mileage, just that the car was there) I met salesman Timothy Hall (not who I spoke to on the phone) there and he was excellent. He didn't try to sugarcoat it or make excuses. He accepted responsibility on behalf of the dealership. He then found me a car that had the mileage I had come for, and it was cheaper. I will say that it said on the internet that the car was black, but the car was blue. Whoever is doing that internet piece needs to get those Ben Franklin's. Great negotiation, no strong arm tactics, no dishonesty. Finalized the financials with Magdy who was great as well. Perfect transaction. Great experience. Despite the internet situation I'm giving it an easy 5 stars because of Tim Hall. Great guy to work with, definitely ask for him when you call and when you go buy a car there. More
