Love Our Minivan! We arrived to a point in our lives where our family of 4 was ready for a minivan. After some research and recommendations we settled on the Honda Odyssey. After having a not-so-great experience with our previous car what was pre-owned, we decided to buy new. New Century had what we were looking for and even included a dealer discount. Sabrina did a great job going over the vehicle with us and the financing was super straightforward with Donna. Thought it was a long process (somewhat expected) we had a good experience and are happy with how we were treated! More

Long wait for car to be serviced. In addition, I waited exactly 23 minutes for my car after I paid for service.. i had notified the cashier and there was als for car to be serviced. Over priced and confusing. They tell me I have a maintenance extended plan but I have to pay for allignment and brake fluid. Both of which are much cheaper other places.
