My Service Advisor Haybert went over & above Who knew a pothole could do so much damage--I took my 2018 Honda Accord Touring in to NCH as my auto cruise control, lane departure, & auto stop featu Who knew a pothole could do so much damage--I took my 2018 Honda Accord Touring in to NCH as my auto cruise control, lane departure, & auto stop feature warning light was on. At first NCH thought the radar/camera got misaligned, then techs discovered a broken $170 camera bracket which required ordering a part, so I was told to bring it back the next day. When I brought it back & techs took off my bumper, they discovered the impact, also broke my bumper bracket. which again required ordering of parts. When I picked my car up after 2 days of repair, I was told. the impact had also dented the turbo inner-cooler. The tech said it was fine, it wasn't leaking, however, at that time I decided to get my insurance involved, have a thorough inspection of further damage, and replace the inner-cooler--that way if there was any residual damage discovered, I could reopen my claim. This required me bringing in my car a 3rd time with the USAA inspector present. I finally got the parts, insurance approval, & got my car repaired. Through all my visits, my Service Advisor Haybert, went over & above to help me through this lengthy process. He made sure I had my car in the shop the least amount of time, & was willing to delay payment until my insurance check came through. After a disastrous sales/finance customer service experience with NCH, when I purchased my Honda it was a breath of fresh air, to have Haybert, such an attentive, & courteous service advisor, assist me with this ongoing repair! Excellent Service by Haybert. NCH should give him a promotion & raise as he sets the standard for top-notch customer service! I should know as I manage a team of Premier Account Executives at LADWP. Very disappointed with service My service was disappointing. I came in for an oil change and the recommended some service. I decline the work since I work at a dealership. I address the window squeaking n my wiper blades to be check. Nothing was done. Just oil change with my coupon. Paper was left inside my car regarding my alignment check sheet. N it recommended but the advisor Louis didn’t mention anything to me. I work for a dealership and helping our customers is our number priority. How is it when I decline the work he didn’t even check the window and my wipers when my car is still under warranty. I feel very disappointed. My work is only two blocks away n if I can drive my car to another Honda. I would definitely go somewhere. It’s just convenient to take it there since it’s the closest to my work. But attending to customers need seems like it’s not a priority for the service Dept. I hope you guys will address it. N make customers happy. Buying a new Honda Civic Our salesperson was very helpful in tracking down exactly what we were looking for and going over the features with us, as well as being very friendly Our salesperson was very helpful in tracking down exactly what we were looking for and going over the features with us, as well as being very friendly, polite, and personal throughout the whole process. The finance department went above and beyond to match the pre-approval rating we had received and was very great about explaining in detail what our payments would consist of and our coverage for our warrantee and maintenance plans. All in all an excellent team, and I'd gladly recommend this dealership to anyone. More
