Horrible dealer Sabrina was totally unresponsive to my questions, I had to hunt her down for answers even when I got her personal cell. I was given 3 different quotes Sabrina was totally unresponsive to my questions, I had to hunt her down for answers even when I got her personal cell. I was given 3 different quotes by 3 different people for my warranty. When my car was delivered, the maintenance required sign came on within 2 days and within the week my key battery was low. It did not come with a second Prius key. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Sabrina was especially unhelpful. She showed up an hour late to drop off my car, an entire hour. After telling me she’d be there 10 min early to make sure she was on time, since I previously kindly texted her that it was difficult to get in contact. I would not recommend this dealership, specifically working with Sabrina to anyone. Tony also gave me an incorrect quote for my warranty, which I ended up not purchasing. I called him for clarification and he was dismissive, saying we’ll figure it out later More
