Just because you can get away with it, doesn't mean you should do it. Although my wait time for service was satisfactory this time, last visit was a disaster all around and I spoke with people in the waiting room yesterday who had been waiting two hours beyond the promised hour and a half! I am sad to write this review because EVERY person I've spoken with in the office in various positions (admin roles - making appointments, taking payment) is very professional and kind but while the people supervising the actual servicing seem to be trying - they fall short in putting the customer first. The last two visits I felt like I was talking to the stereotypical "salesman" fast talking and acting like they are giving me a deal when in the end I feel swindled. Maybe they are overworked and just focused on making a quota - I understand the stresses of a fast paced job, but I left there saying to self: I never want to come here again. A shame. More
