Under car cover still drags when driving over bigger bumps Usually I would get perfect service but this last one I waited a little longer for my car and wasn’t notified that the car was ready. This dealer automatically puts after market alarms on their vehicles. They conned us into purchasing it under the illusion it was a Honda alarm system we just needed to pay to activate. IT’S NOT! And it messed up the actual Honda Alarm. I just had to pay a different Honda dealer $140 to remove it so that my alarm wouldn’t go off at all hours. Unfortunately I don’t live in California any more to force them to fix the situation. Our overall experience with this dealer from the very beginning was incredibly sketchy and upsetting. Just choose somewhere else. Even now they have given us the runaround and refuse to get on the phone with us. This was my first time buying a car and unfortunately I picked the wrong place that took advantage of us at every turn. Their employee Magdy belittled us and lied straight to our face about multiple things. More
