Excellent Work at Good Rate Been going here with my 2007 Honda CR-V to this service station since then when it was known as "Colonial Honda", and then "Diamond Honda", and now ne Been going here with my 2007 Honda CR-V to this service station since then when it was known as "Colonial Honda", and then "Diamond Honda", and now new location and owner "New Century Honda". BUT this time around I did not have the $500 for spark plugs and valve readjustments so I took it to my local mechanic -- who turned down the work saying these guys quoted right on the money..?!!! Good to know! Side street service entrance, tight drive. Kind, real, honest, hard working people here. Found my car cleaned afterward because service job was dirty!! Huge cozy chairs in waiting room with bathrooms, tea, water, coffee.. and a TV. Shuttle is ** only ** available weekdays. And don't forget your COUPON from their service station website. A+ More

I went to New Century just to see what some options were and whether buying a new car was what I really wanted to do. I started walking around the lot looking at the vehicles, expecting someone to come and push for a sale. To my surprise, 25 min later, no one had approached me so I went inside. I was greeted warmly. Everyone I came in contact with was so friendly and respectful. It really put me at ease and made a stressful situation actually enjoyable. I am so grateful to New Century Honda for everything they did for me. I’ve been to lots of dealerships over the years and this was the first time that it felt like a mutually beneficial situation. I really felt that they cared about my experience and satisfaction. I can’t say enough good things about the team at New Century.
