During airbag recall wife ended up stranded 2 1/2 hrs My Wife went in for airbag recall repair on our 2011 Honda Civic. I was the one that set up the appointment for her and I was told that they would pro My Wife went in for airbag recall repair on our 2011 Honda Civic. I was the one that set up the appointment for her and I was told that they would provide shuttle service no problem. When she got there they said shuttle service was only for up to five miles. We live in La Crescenta. Therefore we are approximately 10 miles away. I believe at that point they should have offered to at least pay for a Lyft or Uber for her because they have been hounding us for months to get this recall repair done. She didn't feel like she should have to pay for the ride service back and forth to our home while the repair was being completed just based on principle. Also it was 100° that day and she said the customer Lounge had no air conditioning. I gave them an average review of three stars because she said the customer service wasn't bad, they just need to update their ride service options for people who are getting repairs done at their facility More
Unprofessional service center I believe management does not monitor and train their personnel in this service department. I brought in my car for an oil change and for an inspectio I believe management does not monitor and train their personnel in this service department. I brought in my car for an oil change and for an inspection to know what my car needed to keep it in good mechanical condition. I am not a mechanic, but I can tell when there is something wrong with my car. Their diagnostic was that my car needed the air cabin filter, the engine air filter, and spark plugs. I replaced the cabin filter and spark plugs 5 months ago and the engine air filter is a K & N. They also said that my power steering and break fluid is dirty and they need to be service. Since those services are very easy to do, I did those services myself about a month ago and both fluids were replaced with genuine Honda fluids and I know they are very clean. In the contrary my car camshaft plug is leaking oil and it needs to be replaced. They did not mention it in their report; I’m aware that it is a very common problem in Honda engines and very simple and easy to see, detect and repair. The person who serviced my car did not take the time to inspect and recommend real issues with my car and the service advisor never asked if I previously service my car with the services recommended by the technician. There are a couple matters in my car that needs immediate attention and they did not mention on their report and therefore I am not satisfied with their service. More

I made an appointment in I recently took my new Honda CR-V here for its first service appointment. It was a good experience from beginning to end. I made an appointment in advance, arrived 5 minutes early and was assisted immediately. I decided to go for a walk even though they have a customer lounge and upon my return just under one hour later, I barely sat down in the waiting area when the service rep, Chris R. informed me that my vehicle was ready. I paid and they brought my car to me. I was out of there in just under one hour. Awesome! More
