New Century Honda

Took too long for a simple battery swap under warranty. Everyone was friendly and professional. However, I felt that waiting almost 2 hours for a battery swap that was under warranty was excessive. In fact, Everyone was friendly and professional. However, I felt that waiting almost 2 hours for a battery swap that was under warranty was excessive. In fact, they finished and brought out my car 15-20 minutes before they even told me it was completed. In other words, the car was sitting there waiting for 15-20 min ready to go. I had no other service except to take out a dead battery and replace it with a new one that is normally done in a fraction of the time at other places. Even AAA can send a truck over and be quicker. More
