Great sales rep but paid for extras that we didn't want We had a problem with the deal but Alex stayed professional and worked hard to fix it. Only negative....we were forced to buy a "Protection Package" that didn t really exist. It cost us $595 extra for rear mud flaps and wheel locks (absurd). More
