The issue wasn’t fixed I brought my car to the dealership asking to fix a battery problem third time. I have provided a video showing how the issue looks like. The whole day they held my car to run a drive test and say that my car works as designed. So, in other words, this dealership (New Century Honda) claims that Honda designed to work with errors. More

More friendly employees please I was refer to go to the dealership for services because my car was showing signs of misfire and a.c problems. It turns out that is was covered under the extended warranty. My service guy Max, acts like he is in a bad mood and making me fell guilty about dropping off my vehicle. I use the vehicle as transportation for my son and I would like to have him in a safe vehicle. I don't want to worry about the stalling in traffic. Please train or hire more friendly staff More
