Excellent service Having been away for a month, I came home to find my 2018 Honda Civic totally dead. I got a jumpstart and brought my car to New Century Honda. Haybert took my info and told me that they’d test my battery and replace it if necessary. The testing would take 3-4 hours. Three hours later Haybert called. My car was ready, the battery was replaced. No charge. I couldn’t have asked for better treatment. More

Very satisfactory, but felt unheard aftewards I had a wonderful experience at this dealership for my maintenance. They finished the work quickly, and even got an additional item done that they pre I had a wonderful experience at this dealership for my maintenance. They finished the work quickly, and even got an additional item done that they previously thought they wouldn’t be able to. It was quick and inexpensive. The man who helped me, Louis I believe was his name, was very helpful and kind throughout the visit. My only complaint comes after I left when I answered several texts about how things went and received no response to my messages. It would be nice to know my thoughts were heard since you guys were the ones to ask me for them. Otherwise, I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back. More
