Extremely disappointing My 2029 car was having such issues it was not safe to drive when I arrived I was upset and anxious Instead of showing concern and offering to h My 2029 car was having such issues it was not safe to drive when I arrived I was upset and anxious Instead of showing concern and offering to help I was met with “If you don’t have an appointment I have to talk to a manager” I had to plead again for someone to look at my car so I wouldn’t drive away In an unsafe vehicle After begging and begging someone a mechanic finally confirmed what the dashboard had indicated When my insurance company sent a check it was lost. No one ever followed up with me I had to call to find out any information No one ever offered up any apologies or offered to wash my car or do anything to make up for a horrible customer experience More
