Long Wait I had made an appointment for engine oil change and tire rotation for 1:15 PM. I arrived at 1:05 PM to make sure I was on time. A gentleman initiall I had made an appointment for engine oil change and tire rotation for 1:15 PM. I arrived at 1:05 PM to make sure I was on time. A gentleman initially took down some basic information and moved my car too the service area. I had to wait to meet a service advisor to begin the service and sign paperwork. The service advisor was prompt and helpful. However, the service took 2 hours and 15 minutes to get completed for a simple engine oil change and tire rotation. I understand things can get backed up but what's the point of having an appointment? After finally getting my car back I noticed the windshield was a mess. I had gotten a carwash earlier that day. It seemed maybe they tested the wiper fluid but that left a bunch of splatter and streaks on the windshield. I wish next time they would clean it if they make a mess during their service. More
