Lack of timely personal attention & wait pickup time While all the agreed work was properly completed and timely transportation was provided to and from home, there wasn't enough personal interaction bet While all the agreed work was properly completed and timely transportation was provided to and from home, there wasn't enough personal interaction between the service department and myself. After getting back to the shop to pick up my car, the paperwork was not completed and had to wait, at least 45 mins. Too long after they had made the claim that my car was ready for pickup. The fact that the work was completed and a few friendly shop people at the service department will allow me to recommend this business. Thank you More
