Amazing customer service Max went above and beyond and is awesome. I had multiple maintenance work done on my minivan and the next day my “check engine” light went on when I w Max went above and beyond and is awesome. I had multiple maintenance work done on my minivan and the next day my “check engine” light went on when I was driving around town. I immediately texted Max thinking that something had been done incorrectly. He immediately called me and offered to send a tow truck to get me to bring me back. When I got there I was upset and was blaming Honda Service. Turns out it was something completely different that had nothing to do with the previous days’ work; it was just bad timing. Max was never defensive, remained calm when I was not, was empathetic, and continued to apologize even after we found out it was not Honda’s fault! Wow. Amazing customer service. Thank you Max. I definitely learned something from you! More

Neglectful Service I came towards the end of the day around 3:45 PM to get serviced for a engine filter change. I say waiting around 10-15 minutes as many service agents I came towards the end of the day around 3:45 PM to get serviced for a engine filter change. I say waiting around 10-15 minutes as many service agents passed me without anyone greeting me. They simply passed by while making eye contact which was very rude. It’s very important for any business to at least acknowledge the customer. When I’m normally there in the mornings and even during busy hours I am greeted right away with a “how can I help you” or even a simple “someone will be with you soon”. The service department was not busy at this day or this hour. So for someone to not even greet me was simply rude and out fo the usual Honda standards. On top of that, the estimate I was told through the phone did not match what I was told in person. I ended up paying 2time of what the estimate over the phone was More
