I had paperwork from my previous Honda maintenance and battery replacement and Max said that due to prorating, it would be smart to simply replace vs. going through the warranty paperwork process. I asked if he could match the price from AAA and he agreed. He verified he had the battery in stock and told me it would take approximately 90 minutes. The work was done in about 60 minutes. More

Poor lack of customer service I was forced to wait for my car much longer than needed. I was forced to wait as other who came. After me got their car first.
