Horrible service and over priced I’ve been a customer for the past year, consistently having my vehicle service to prevent any major malfunctions. My vehicle would not start, so I had I’ve been a customer for the past year, consistently having my vehicle service to prevent any major malfunctions. My vehicle would not start, so I had it towed to the facility for service. My vehicle possesses an extended warranty. I met with the service people to following morning and explained my situation and advised them of my extended warranty. The service agent seemed to make every type of excuse not to honor my extended warranty and relighted my vehicle’s malfunction to a maintenance problem. I explained to him that I consistently have my vehicle serviced to prevent such events and I would have taken advice and preventive measures to service my vehicle properly. The employee’s response was, “there was a break down in communication.” After being over charged for a cleaning of my fuel filter and no replacement of parts, paid what was owed to get on with my life. I was very unhappy with the service. I would not recommend this place. More
