Louis from the service dept was very helpful. It was my first time there and didn't know where to go. He greeted me and explained to me in detail what the recall was for my mini van. He told me it would take 4 hours and they were finished in 3 hours. Louis called me when the van was ready and explained what the technicians found - luckily everything was ok. I got my car right away. He always had a smile. I had the best experience - I will be back! Only thing I would recommend is washing the car after service. I know most service departments do this now.
