Purchased used car from dealer before it had been prepped for sale. Dealership definitely took advantage of this and did the BARE MINIMUM for me to take delivery. When there were significant cosmetic issues for sale. Dealership definitely took advantage of this and did the BARE MINIMUM for me to take delivery. When there were significant cosmetic issues they explained to me that this was a "used car" what did I expect? I looked at the other used cars ready for sale on their lot and none of them had any significant cosmetic damage. Finally they acquiesced and did SOME of this work. There is still basic cosmetic stuff that needs to be done inside and outside the car that I will have to pay to have done. Would I buy another used car from them - probably not. Would I recommend them to someone else - probably not. More
