Sold me a used car with problems. If they say a car is certified by Honda why is there issues in the first place. They did their best to make me pay as much as they could and add fees that seem unreasonab certified by Honda why is there issues in the first place. This dealer was really helpful specially Louis W, my Honda Accord Sport 2015 key was jammed into the ignition and won’t release the key. Tech diagnosed my car, and according to Honda Tech he verified Honda Accord Sport 2015 key was jammed into the ignition and won’t release the key. Tech diagnosed my car, and according to Honda Tech he verified that the vehicle’s ignition switch cylinder was worn and needs replacement. I’ve approved the replacement of Ignition Switch Cylinder part was $399.90 Lock assy 35100; 06351-T2A-97 + Labor and oil change total of $900.. Unfortunately, 2 days later after the tech installed my new ignition switch cylinder it is doing the same thing the new part did not solve the issue and still won’t release the key, Honda Tech re-diagnosed again my car and found out that the shifter was bad and not the ignition switch cylinder... Louis W helped me out to get the part Shifter and get installed for same price $900 as a courtesy with new 1 programmed key, and 2 basic key. After the shifter was installed everything works fine again. I can remove the key easily now on my car and they did car washed my car.. So far great service and great team work, kudu to Louis W. More
