I went in fully prepared to buy, cash in hand, and left shocked by how poorly I was treated. From the beginning, there was a clear lack of transparency, with pricing and details changing depending on who I shocked by how poorly I was treated. Despite being ready to purchase that day, I was treated dismissively and spoken to in a way that made it clear my business wasn’t valued. There was little to no effort to help me find a fair deal or even have a productive conversation. Reasonable questions were brushed off, and instead of professionalism, I was met with attitude. What really sealed it was that even the manager was rude and condescending, which speaks volumes about how this dealership operates from the top down. This experience felt dishonest and disrespectful, and it completely destroyed any trust I had in doing business here. Buying a vehicle shouldn’t feel like you’re being talked down to or played games with. I won’t be returning and would strongly encourage others to take their business elsewhere. More

I recently had my brakes and rotors replaced at NEW CENTURY HONDA SERVICE-GLENDALE, and I wanted to share my experience, as I’m concerned about the outcome. After the replacement, I followed Honda’s CENTURY HONDA SERVICE-GLENDALE, and I wanted to share my experience, as I’m concerned about the outcome. After the replacement, I followed Honda’s instructions and had the break-in process on the new rotor and brakes within less than 24 hours. However, I noticed a groove had formed on the rotor, which raised concerns. I understand that the break-in process is typically handled by the service center. When I returned the vehicle to the same service center, I was assured that the rotor would be replaced with a new one. However, upon inspecting the vehicle after the follow-up service, it seems the rotor has simply been regrinded, not replaced as I was told. This was disappointing, as I had expected a new part as promised because we paid for the new parts. I would appreciate it if the service center could review this matter and clarify the situation. I’ve always trustedNEW CENTURY HONDA SERVICE-GLENDALE for quality service, and I hope this issue can be resolved promptly. More
Do Not Go Here! !! Complete rip off and horrible job done. Took my van in for full service to be in tip top shape, spent over $800 and a month later the van started h !! Complete rip off and horrible job done. Took my van in for full service to be in tip top shape, spent over $800 and a month later the van started having hard starting problems. I took it back in and they charged me $190 for diagnostics despite that the van should have been in perfect running condition and turned out it was a loose electrical connection. Then a week later my check engine came on and they charged me another $190 literally to tell me that the check engine light was an error and there was nothing wrong and reset it. Why am I being charged all of these diagnostics fees when this should have been diagnosed under the first diagnostic fee!!! Please do not go here and I will be moving my car along with all our family Honda vehicles to a different repair store. Everyone that works there is very kind though and my service person was great, just the business practices are not acceptable. More
