In any case, I wanted to work with a local dealership so I need so I could have a place where I can get my car serviced that was not far away. I called Alhambra and spoke to Diana and she was so helpful and willing to help me walk through the features of my new car which didn’t happen at my original dealership. She also went out of her way to make sure that I was signed up in the correct system so I could work with them moving forward. I called around to a lot of dealerships in the area and frankly Diana and the team at Alhambra BMW were so kind that I really didn’t want to go anywhere else. Because of their positive can do attitude and willingness to help, all my servicing will definitely happen there. Leased my '21 BMW from New Century BMW 14 months ago with assistance from Elvis Blohn, Internet Sales Manager, an excellent and simple experience. Received a note in the mail from BMW to have a defective Co assistance from Elvis Blohn, Internet Sales Manager, an excellent and simple experience. Received a note in the mail from BMW to have a defective Coolant Pump replaced. Called Elvis and he got me an appointment with Eddie Wong, a Service Advisor, who also determined a second recall was made to replace the Bottom Tailgate Spindle Drive. Was provided a loaner BMW at 8am, received a call the same day at 2:30pm, and picked up my BMW at 3:15pm. Both Elvis and Eddie provided great service at no charge, kept me informed, and delivered on time. I would recommend New Century BMW, Elvis Blohn, and Eddie Wong to anyone, including those of us with very high expectations! I am a big fan of these service providers and likely will be a New Century BMW fan for life! More
