A very very poor experience. Visited New Century for a recall repair. The communication was very lacking. The service advisor Ken Lam never contacted me while I was at the deal Visited New Century for a recall repair. The communication was very lacking. The service advisor Ken Lam never contacted me while I was at the dealership. I had to initiate every contact and the advisor was not a very good listener. Was constantly told the vehicle was still being worked on, although after 5 hours, I ultimately found the vehicle in the outgoing driveway ready for delivery. A mechanic covering for the receptionist ultimately had another advisor (which also did not greet me) release the vehicle for me as Ken Lam the original advisor was at lunch. I was not able to check the quality of the work and can only hope it was done correctly. Overall, a very poor experience. More
