We negotiated a price and a lease term over the phone. We reside in the South Bay, so going to Alhambra was difficult. I had to call multiple times to speak with him. A dishonest BMW Dealer The dealer asked me to provide my financial proof for background check for purchasing a BMW X6, so I submitted 3 months banks statements to the dealer The dealer asked me to provide my financial proof for background check for purchasing a BMW X6, so I submitted 3 months banks statements to the dealer. One week later, they told me that I did not pass the background check from BMW North America. Then I filed a complaint to BMW North America, their customer service took this matter seriously, and initial an investigation on this situation. They found that New Century BMW did not submit any of my files to BMW NA for the background check. Leter, BMW NA forwarded my sales to another dealer and complete my purchasing order. More
