Very smooth transaction I talked with Chris on the morning of July 31. We agreed on the price/terms and confirmed. I then took a train to LA where they picked me up. Car needed service Everyone in the service department was in a rush. Most employees seemed unhappy and there was no greetings or thank you. The lady at the consierge barely acknowledged me and the guy who handles the vehicle loaners was complaining that everyone needed a loaner. I visually inspected my motor, they did a poor job at cleaning the spots where the coolant leaked. The purchase department was also unfriendly, no greettings or thank you's or simple explanations. However, I did receive excellent service at enterprise car rentals(for the vehicle loaner), they smiled, greeted me, they even greeted me with a hand shake. Scott my service adviser was pleasant to work with. More
