Pamela Chen is the best! Old 2007 BMW was in New Century BMW for airbag recall. Pamela Chen, the service advisor, was nice and inspect my car before sitting down. She indicate Old 2007 BMW was in New Century BMW for airbag recall. Pamela Chen, the service advisor, was nice and inspect my car before sitting down. She indicated I have a leakage of engine oil and I declined the repair at first place as my car is old and no point for fixing it. Same afternoon, Pamela found that the leakage problem are able to be covered by emession warranty, so she acquired my permission to hold the car for extra working day to fix it. Her passion toward her job and superb service to her client gave the ‘ultimate feeling’ to continue buying the ‘ultimate driving machine’ so I can have her to be my service advisor forever. More
Not good service advisor When I checked in with service advisor Eric. He asked what was there for. I told him front brake service. Instead of saying ok we will Check the out r When I checked in with service advisor Eric. He asked what was there for. I told him front brake service. Instead of saying ok we will Check the out right of way says oh you dont need those. That is not good customer service. Obviously I took the car in because I was hearing a lot of squeaking and wanted to get them checked out. He acted like he knew it all instead of listening to the customer. I had to say well can you just have them checked out. That is bad customer service to say the least and I will not refer nor return for service there. I will go back to crevier where excellent customer service More

I already mentioned in a previous review how helpful Sami was but I also wanted to mention how AWESOME Diana was. She was super nice and was able to give me an easy step by step guide on how to use all the functions in my new X3. She was even willing to make a follow up appointment with me since I had to cut it short last time. I can’t wait! If you decide to visit this dealership, go ask for her!! More
I was very impressed by how smoothly the transaction went! Gonzalo is wonderful to work with. I told him the car I wanted and the deal to make it happen. Dishonest The employee that i dealt with here is dishonest and has no integrity whatsoever. I had my car serviced last August 3,2018 for a change oil. I usually do my service at another dealer but im in town to visit my parents so I ended up here. Eddie Wong the guy from service told me I also needed to change my air filter. So I asked him if I can get a discount. He told me thats pretty much it, theres no discount to be given as the price already discounted and fixed, so the oil change and the air filter will pretty much be about a little below $250 . Little did he know that I already know how much the price of the air filter since the other dealer already quoted me their price weeks before. When I finally told him im not getting the air filter, he suddenly changed his tone about the price and pretended to make a call at the parts department. Then he told me he can give me a discount if I get the air filter. The new total price would be a little over $200 dollars. I just politely declined his offer. Its sad how these people try to rip you off. Service your car somewhere not on this dealership if you want honest people this place is not the one. More
