I love the first experience I had with bmw We were recommended to Elvis by my boyfriends dad. Honestly going to the BMW in Alhambra was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership, We were recommended to Elvis by my boyfriends dad. Honestly going to the BMW in Alhambra was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership, Everytime I've gone to a dealership all the sales people make us feel overwhelmed until we came here Elvis was not pushy at all, he didn't make us feel like we had to buy the car right on the spot. He understood that I've never liked BMW cars and he tried his best to show me the difference between the two type of cars we were looking at online. He showed us the 430 grand couple and the regular 330i the ones we were looking at.. I test drove the 430 and I wasnt a fan it was too small and it was just not doing it for me.. Elvis saw that I needed time to think and do more research because he knew I didn't really like Beemers. He kept in touch with us and we came in the next day honestly at that point I felt like Elvis was like one of my uncles, I honestly felt like I knew him, we told him we wanted to test drive the second car we were looking at, the 330i he went and grabbed the keys but before he showed us the one we were looking at the started asking us questions once he realized we wanted something sporty and stylish he showed us the 330i m sport that they had there, honestly I thanked him for showing us that one because as soon as I test drove it I fell in LOVE (I became a beemer lover) I never thought I would ever say that.. We walked out of that place with a brand new 2018 330i M sport and the best part was that we never felt like we were pressured to buy it.. Thank you so much Elvis and we will be back soon now my brother wants one haha. More

Ultimate Service Advisor I have never received service as attentive or as professional as New Centruy BMW. I had been to other dealerships in the past but once I started comi I have never received service as attentive or as professional as New Centruy BMW. I had been to other dealerships in the past but once I started coming to New Century I will never go back. My service advisor, James Chiu, is wonderful. He always greets me with a smile and is always available to answer my questions and does not hesitate to provide explanations when needed. With this kind of service why go anywhere else? I will definitely recommend my friends to New Century. Not only does New Century have the Ultimate Driving Machine, they also have the Ultimate Service Advisor. More

Why were my tires overinflated? Everything with the customer service end was fine, the new rear tires they installed should have been inflated to 36 lbs., they were inflated to 40lb Everything with the customer service end was fine, the new rear tires they installed should have been inflated to 36 lbs., they were inflated to 40lbs, and the front tires which should be 32Lbs. were also inflated to 40 lbs. How on earth could they manage to do that? The correct values are posted in the sticker inside the drivers door. Also there was some sort of compound messing up the rims which I just spent my time cleaning up. There is no excuse for overinflation and a sloppy job on the tires. Things like this always leave me with feeling that maybe there was something else dine incorrectly that I will never be able to determine. Not what I expect when I spend my money. I do not like paying for work I have to finish or correct. I can’t say I won’t recommend this dealer, but I can’t say I will either. More

Smooth and Professional Experience I was in the market for a used 328i and did extensive research on different cars, dealerships, and sales staff. Of all the people contacted, Elvis Blo I was in the market for a used 328i and did extensive research on different cars, dealerships, and sales staff. Of all the people contacted, Elvis Blohm was far and away the best I dealt with. From my first contact via email through multiple phone calls, he was professional, honest, and above-board. He did not pressure me, just answered each question I had and allowed me time to decide. When time came for talking price, his first number was not unreasonable, the complete opposite! After finalizing the price over the phone, we arranged a time to meet. After driving over 90 minutes from Thousand Oaks, Elvis had us in and out in a little over an hour. Great experience! We also had the pleasure of working with Sean Wang in Finance. He was well-organized and factually presented information. There was no typical "finance games", just signing the paperwork and short explanations of options. Also, working with Elvis, they did a fantastic job working through the BMW Financial red-tape to ensure I received a rebate offer I was entitled to (but was being denied by BMW FS). Overall, a very pleasurable experience working with Elvis and Sean. As far as the dealership, it was clean, well-organized, and fully staffed. Everyone I came into contact with was happy and willing to provide assistance. More
