Quick, easy and efficient! I bought my car literally via text and email. I told the dealership what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay and Elvis made it happen! He sent me ev I bought my car literally via text and email. I told the dealership what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay and Elvis made it happen! He sent me everything I needed to complete via email and upon sending everything back in I became the new owner of a BMW! I’m over 40 miles away from the dealership and without hesitation Elvis said he will deliver my car to me at a time that was convenient for me (late in the evening!). He stayed with me to walk me through the set up of the car and didn’t leave until he knew I was comfortable with everything my car had to offer me. The best service ever My X5 is due for the engine oil check and I called my service reps Sydney who scheduled my appointment the next day. When I arrived today on my appoin My X5 is due for the engine oil check and I called my service reps Sydney who scheduled my appointment the next day. When I arrived today on my appointment time, I was greeted by Sydney at the entrance hall and got all paperwork done within a few minutes. Then the driver picked me up and sent me back to my office. His driving was super and fun. It is the best service I ever had. I have been a loyal customer with BMW for 14 years. Highly recommend New century BMW. More
