In working with Ken, you can forget the typical sales/back and forth tactics. Ken takes the time to understand what you're looking for, the service you expect, the experience you want and gets it done. Everything was done remotely as I now live in SF but when I came back to town, everything was ready to go and a seamless process. He had the car brought into the dealership, prepped and spec'd to what I was looking for. Couldn't be happier. The other reviews echo my personal experiences in working with Ken and truthfully, don't have any intentions of working with or entertaining other car relationships moving forward.
