He offered to go over with me some incentive offers for a new lease. Although my lease was financed through BMW Monrovia, I’ve taken my cars to New Century for service many times over the years. I know them to be friendly and efficient, and I was anxious about owing $4K at the end of my lease due to over-mileage. Gonzalo was straightforward with me and didn’t subject to me to the typical sales pitch or try hard-sell tactics. His honesty and the respectful way he worked with me made it the most positive experience of I’ve ever had with getting into a new vehicle. He clearly presented the essential information to allow me to understand my options and make an informed decision. There were no slight-of-hand tricks. There was no B.S. What is usually a stressful experience turned out to be surprisingly positive. More

I was nervous because I came alone and didn’t know much about cars or financing, but Hamlet was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood every process. I never once felt rushed or pressured. I really appreciate that he acknowledged my concerns about the finances on my new car and worked with me to make sure I was happy with the car I chose. Great Dealership led by Great People! I realize these two words don't typically go together but NCBMW is a truly great place to get a car if you are looking for a BMW. You can buy a luxury euro many places today in LA, (we have owned Mercedes and Audi) but these guys and this dealership, in particular, are worth your look because of their customer service. My true test of a dealership is how they treat you after you have made the purchase and I am pleased to report that they are every bit as attentive once you are an owner as you are when you are a prospective purchaser. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for this type of vehicle, and if you are moving between brands these guys are tremendous resources to help you figure out if their brand is a fit . Quality of Work and Safety This has not been a pleasant experience. The reason I have given this rate is because I recently had a problem with my car. The BMW auto technician f This has not been a pleasant experience. The reason I have given this rate is because I recently had a problem with my car. The BMW auto technician forgot to re-connect the cable for the alternator after fixing a heater based on a recall. And caused a domino effect for me that day. I would like to share my incident with your management. Hopefully, the management will take this incident seriously and make the necessary improvement to your team. On Thursday 11/08/2018, I took my car to New Century BMW to fix a recall service (Heater). After it was done. The service advisor Eric Ho called and told me that my car was done and that everything was good. After I picked up my car and drove for about 10 minutes. The car suddenly stopped in the middle of the street!! I called him immediately and report the incident. He didn’t know why that happened and told me to call the tow truck myself and take it back to BMW. I was left in the middle of the street during rush hour with no guidance while causing a major traffic jam. I was terrified that I would get hit by a car because I was blocking traffic. I don't Understand how this could have happened! Had I driven on a freeway that day, I could have been killed by the oncoming traffic with this sudden transmission failure of my car. Their negligence put me in a dangerous situation!! If it wasn’t for an off-duty cop who saw my distress and came to my rescue and help direct traffic and called other officers to come by and help to push my car to the curb. God knows what could have happened. I was stranded for almost 4 hours out in the street because my car was not movable. Eric did tell me that he’s was leaving at 6 pm and that there wasn’t anything he could do. Unfortunately, my tow truck didn’t come until after 6 pm. I had to tow my car to Capital Auto shop at San Gabriel because he didn’t want to wait for me to get there with the car since he was leaving at 6 pm. After I took my car to get checked and found out that it was a mistake done by your team. BMW technician forgot to connect the cable for the alternator. The car was eventually towed back from the auto shop to the Alhambra BMW for repair. While I’m glad that my car was fixed, I’m still miffed that no apology about this screw-up was ever conveyed by anyone from the BMW auto repair team. As of today I still have not received the reimbursement for the repair done at Capital Auto Shop, which was authorized by New Century BMW. This is very disappointing as I have been a loyal customer for more than 7 years. When I picked my car at BMW on the following Monday after a detailed check-up, Eric had not even offered an apology for his negligence, not to mention the inconvenience and hardship I had to endure. This horrendous experience has really left a sour taste in my mouth. More

We had an abysmal experience when we brought in our car to New Century BMW for a warranty claim (scheduled well in advance). 1. The scheduled warranty work was not done (actually not even started) when we picked up the car at the end of the day (the car was at the dealership from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm). 2. Mr Abrams tried to sell us a "scheduled" service ~4000 miles before it was actually necessary according to the BMW maintenance schedule. Because of "our driving habits". 3. The shuttle that was supposed to pick us up never materialized, and we had to bear the costs to get to the dealership. 4. Mr Abrams exhibited a rude attitude on the phone, and in person. I contacted Mr Abrams' supervisor, Mr. Ben Dorairaj, and have not heard back from him. I hope this review helps other BMW owners in making an informed decision when choosing a dealership for servicing their BMW. More
