He showed us everything we wanted to know, wasn't pushy and truly wanted to make sure we was happy with our purchase! He told us to take the truck home for the weekend to make sure we liked it and even bought us dinner while we was waiting on the paperwork to be finished up, everyone in the dealership was friendly and helpful. We have already told others to go see him when they are ready to purchase a new or used vehicle. Thank You for an awesome deal!! More

Crooks I bought a Volkswagen Beetle back in October of 2014. When I first went to check out the car I had a difficult time starting it due to the fact that t I bought a Volkswagen Beetle back in October of 2014. When I first went to check out the car I had a difficult time starting it due to the fact that the steering wheel was locked. Ours sales guy Pat jumped in & said "oh it'll start, your wheels just have to be straight" & he struggled the first time trying to start it, but then he started it right up on the 2nd try. (We later had to have this problem fixed). After that we test drove it & everything seemed to be fine. After we visited the dealership 2-3 more times we finally decided to buy the vehicle. The dealership then offered us an EXTENDED BUMPER TO BUMPER WARRANTY that cost us over $2,000 extra, but we decided it was worth it considering it covered everything. Not even a month later the radio stopped working & we noticed that the antenna was being held on with duck tape!! We called the dealership & they told us to bring it in. Once we got there & dropped it off for service, we were on our way home when Pat called my cellphone & told me that the radio was working fine & then he suggested that perhaps I broke the antenna myself! When I told him that I definitely did not break it & tape it back on myself (crooked at that) they said they would go on ahead & fix it this time. Then just recently the airbag light & the check engine light came on & we took it to the dealership & they advised us to take it to an actual VW dealership so that's what we did. Today we received a call from the VW dealership telling us that they called & NONE of the 3 problems were covered by the extended warranty & that parts alone were going to cost $1,750+tax!! Outraged, we once again went to the dealership & after a little while they said that the one part in the warranty was a "gray area" & that they would go on ahead & pay for that one part...the cheapest part I might add. I would like to know how they can offer us an extended bumper to bumper warranty & then tell us that it covers none of the problems that the car encounters?! I would NEVER do business with this dealership again! I believe the entire place is full of crooked salespeople who are unwilling to help you once you pad their pockets with a lot of cash. On a side note, we also bought another vehicle from this dealership at the same time & it too has had its fair share of problems. Once again, all problems they told us weren't covered under warranty. When we went to the dealership & threatened them with a lemon lawsuit, the manager Matt got up & stormed out of the room. Too afraid to hear the truth I suppose. Like I said, these people sell nothing but junk & then are unwilling to help fix the problems that the vehicles encounter. Take your business ( & money) anywhere, but to these crooks! More

We brought along my 1 year old son while we were looking at trucks, not realizing that we were going to purchase one and the whole team was very patient with us. They were all trying to keep my son occupied while we completed all the paper work! My son is very full of energy! :-) More

Supposedly inspected/serviced used car = deceptive I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. While shopping for used cars from dealerships one thing I was looking for was a dealership that actua I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. While shopping for used cars from dealerships one thing I was looking for was a dealership that actually inspected and serviced their used car inventory, and not just their *certified* pre-owned inventory. David Brown, the salesman I dealt with, assured me they did, and in fact the car I was interested in had just had its steering rack replaced. When I test drove the car I noticed a squeal upon ignition, and a slight squeal on sharper turns. David told me this was due to the new steering rack and would go away as 'oil redistributed.' We haggled over the price, and David left me three times to 'consult his manager' but for all I know he was laughing about me with other salesmen by the watercooler. They have you sign 'as-is' agreements before buying, acknowledging things go wrong with used cars and they cannot be blamed. There is no warranty. No recourse. After buying the car, the squeal grew quickly worse, and I determined the drive belts were at fault. Replacing them fixed the squeal. Three weeks after purchasing the car the front flex pipe developed a leak. I emailed the dealership to express my disappointment that they either lied to me concerning the squeal, or were merely ignorant. Which scenario is worse depends on your point of view. While it is possible there was no visible sign the exhaust system was about to fail, I still expressed my disappointment that before a month was up, my supposedly inspected & serviced car had cost me so much money. The dealership did not even bother to respond. They also took three weeks to send me my title, when they told me it would be two. When I had only 30 days from the time of purchase to take care of that paperwork, leaving me that little time is rude. More
Never take your for service here. I've purchased two vehicles from them and would buy from them again, but would take the vehicles to another dealer for service. They stripped out my oil drain plug from vehicles from them and would buy from them again, but would take the vehicles to another dealer for service. They stripped out my oil drain plug from over tightening it. They didn't want to fix it since the warranty was well passed, but I was able to prove that they were the only ones to change the oil. Then on my jeep they over tightened the lug nuts after a tire rotation and didn't use anti-seize. It caused a lug but to break, and I couldn't get the any of the wheels off at home. They also like to blame you for obvious problems with the vehicle. My jeep started to run rough with only 1000 miles on it, and they blamed me for putting bad fuel in it. Turned out to be an electronics problem anyway. Never, never take a vehicle here for any service, not even an oil change. More
