5/30/18 Rude Service man Took my jeep renegade trailhawk in for a warranty issue. One bad apple ruins the basket. I do not feel the issue was solved but I will only return for warranty coverage and I would not recommend the dealership. I think customer service is important and he needs some training. More
Nice Jeep but Mr. Toby needs some people skills We purchased a used 2016 Jeep Wrangler a week ago. While we are pleased with our Jeep and our salesman, TJ and the dealership in general, Mr. Rob Tob We purchased a used 2016 Jeep Wrangler a week ago. While we are pleased with our Jeep and our salesman, TJ and the dealership in general, Mr. Rob Toby needs to learn some people skills. They couldn’t make the deal we wanted but they did came within $1500. The problem came when we were told they would give us $400.00 for our trade. I was talking to a co-worker about our new Jeep and our trade-in. She expressed interest so I sold her the car for the price we were going to get from New Carlisle Chrysler. My husband immediately call TJ and asked him if we just give them the $400 more when we go pay for the car. TJ agreed that sounded correct but he had to check with the used car sales manager. Mr. Toby called my husband. He was short tempered and told him it would be an additional $1500 if we pull the trade. He was so unkind, my even tempered husband cancelled the deal. Since this was the Jeep we wanted, I returned a call to Mr. Toby, and proceeded with the original deal. He said he needed to see if the dealership would still honor our original deal even though only 3-5 minuets passed. He also questioned in an accusatory way saying “I thought you sold the trade”. As I said, our salesman was good but Mr. Rob Toby... you may want to take some come conflict management classs. More

My son and I went out to the dealership and net TJ. The car was everything that he explained over the phone. I address some concerns with TJ and he made sure that he took care of all of them for me before my purchase was final. He was an excellent sales person and very polite and professional. In going to that dealers I was searching for a pick-up truck using TrueCar. One of the dealers I was referred to was New Carlisle Chrysler Dodge Jeep. In going to that dealership on 12/8/16, I spoke with David Brown and the Sales Manager, Debra. David was extremely helpful in showing me two Ram trucks which fit my needs. This was impressive due to the fact I was looking at a 2016 model which was hard to locate. Without any haggling, David gave me an offer which I found very reasonable. There was none of the usual several offers going back and forth with the manager. David and Debra were very pleasant and upfront. Neither made me feel like I was being taken advantage of or pressured into something other then what I was looking for. It should be known I purchased a different brand pick-up truck from another dealer. However, because of the experience I had with David, I would definitely refer anyone I know who is looking for a Mopar product to go to New Carlisle Chrysler Dodge Jeep. More
Terrible I bought my Certified Pre-Owned 2014 Chrysler 300S with 23,500miles back in May and that's when the problems started. Right after purchasing it I had I bought my Certified Pre-Owned 2014 Chrysler 300S with 23,500miles back in May and that's when the problems started. Right after purchasing it I had issues with the gear shifter which ended up being a recall but they did not have the part to fix it. I also had vibration at speeds exceeding 65mph and my traction light would come on at random and check engine light. Took the car in June to have the issues resolved and they did for about 2 weeks then had issues with the shifter again and the traction light. Took it back in July and they replaced the Valve Body on the transmission and rerouted wiring harness that was getting pinched causing the light to come on. Few weeks later my transmission is clunky and doesn't have any power taking off, Take it back and they replace the Valve Body again, doesn't work (shocker). They have had my car every single month since I've owned it and this last time they ended up replacing the whole transmission and shifter cable and it has been there for 4 weeks and 5days. I got a call everyday the last 5 days saying my car would be done the next day which it never was. Ended up filing a claim myself with Chrysler and they gave me 2 years free oil changes and tire rotations and another spare key since they only gave me 1 when I bought it. after filing the claim the Claim person told me 3 engineers had been out to see my car, twice while I was the owner and once before I bought it so it had major issues beforehand but of course I was never told that and didn't show up on the Carfax. I was lied and cheated to and feel robbed of my money. Never had a rental to give me and this last time they did. A Dodge Caliber!! Are you serious?!?! This place is a joke and will lie to you and cheat you. Will never buy anything from Chrysler or this dealer ever again! More
Opps! I'm not going to lie. When they first called me 4 hours after my van was to be worked on, telling me how they didn't have the part they needed to fix I'm not going to lie. When they first called me 4 hours after my van was to be worked on, telling me how they didn't have the part they needed to fix my van (which I had scheduled 2 days prior) AND told me it was not going to get done until the next day... I was pretty upset. They didn't even have a loaner vehicle available for me and I had places to be! But after some persistence (and talking to the right people) they worked really hard to find me the part and fix it quickly. I was impressed how they worked to fix their mistakes and not leave me high and dry! Thanks New Carlisle Chrysler! Because you made it right... I WILL do business with you again. More
