DO NOT take your vehicle here for service. I had to wait 4days for a “service appointment”. Waited 3 days then called to find I needed an injector. They had to order the part. I waited 4 m I had to wait 4days for a “service appointment”. Waited 3 days then called to find I needed an injector. They had to order the part. I waited 4 more days then called again to find my part just arrived. After 2 more days, they rolled my vehicle back in the shop and started the project again. All-in-all, after waiting for my service appointment, it took over 8 days to get an injector installed and I initiated every phone contact. Don’t waste your time or money here!! More

Sue in the service department is atrocious and unprofessional. I am a Jeep Wave member and they refuse to perform an oil change and tire rotation on my vehicle stating I should take it to the deal unprofessional. When Kelli was working ther I take my vehicle to the New Carlisle Chrysler dealership because they are expedient, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. When Kelli was working there, she found that I had an extended service (oil change) warrantee that I didn’t know that I had. Even though it was for conventional oil & I get synthetic, it saved me a lot of money & for that I am eternally great-full.
