I stopped by the service department to make an appointment to have the tires air pressure on my Bronco checked, I could not get the service light to go off, even after I put air in the tires. I was pleasantly surprised when they said I did not need to make an appt and to just drive into the bay and they would have someone take care of that for me now!! Awesome staff and fantastic service. I sent and Email directly to the GM at New Brighton and the manager. I was very happy with everyone at Ford. I had Orlando once when, then Lou and Alex helped with the computer issues. Quicklube service was great as usual, I've always been happy with them. This review is for the poor customer service I received from New Brighton Ford service department. I brought in my 2020 Ranger (46K happy with them. This review is for the poor customer service I received from New Brighton Ford service department. I brought in my 2020 Ranger (46K miles, purcased new from New Brighton Ford) and asked one of the service desk guys (didn't catch his name) to look at some bad corrosion on the roof rails. It is made from poor quality aluminum and has clearly been deteriorating for a long time under the paint, the paint had just fallen off a few days prior. He was uninterested in helping since I'm passed the 36K warranty and before he even looked at it, he told me that since I just noticed it now there was nothing that they would do about it. Ford online customer service mentioned that it might be covered under the 5 year warranty against corrosion, but New Brighton didn't even entertain that option, they just gave me an estimate of $1815 to replace 2 parts made from low-grade materials. New Brighton Ford seems to be only interested in helping out customers before the sale, I guess we won't be repeat customers. More
