Very professional I mainly dealt with Javon and had a very positive experience. Javon not only spent a lot of time discussing prices and features of the different model I mainly dealt with Javon and had a very positive experience. Javon not only spent a lot of time discussing prices and features of the different models available, but once we had settled on a car he guided me through the process of setting up and customizing my vehicle. I have never had a salesman spend so much time with me (especially after a sale) to make sure that I knew how all the features worked and that I was happy with everything. Javon walked me through setting up the navigation system, bluetooth for my phone, and helped me customize my radio and other aspects of the car. He also left me with some cards and told me to call with any questions. Overall, he is a great sales person and is a very professional and caring person. More

Mary greeted us and very patiently let us take test rides in all three to get a real .sense of each vehicle. She handled all our questions and helped with the contrasts. After several hours we eventually decided on the leasing of the Rogue. We were given a very good price relative to value and options and her team, including manager, Mario and finance chief, Vince were equally professional, as were all the other unnamed personnel who handled our one stop shopping experience including taxes, license, DMV, plates etc. We found Mary to be especially patient, knowledgable and professional, as well as cheerful and undeterred in her effort to be helpful.
