I have purchased (7) new vehicles & (4) used. I've always been treated fair with the deals & service. I can't say the same for other dealerships. When I was looking for a vehicle I had inqired about certain vehicles online and visited in person (not sure who I saw). I was travelling in the Albany area and my Jetta developed a problem requiring immediate VW Service attention. The sales staff were cureous, but lacked initiative. I looked at a Toureg and was told that it is larger then a Pilot, which seems incorrect, but the sales person did not seem to push, which was nice, but looked at a Toureg and was told that it is larger then a Pilot, which seems incorrect, but the sales person did not seem to push, which was nice, but i needed more information. The experience of my daughter and I was very positive following an accident that totaled her previous vehicle.
