Overall had a good experince with the dealership only issue was when I tried to turn in my extended warrenty and it took almost 3 months to get the month back. The service department at nemer was able to help me and my family through a difficult situation. They were able to diagnose the problem where other dealerships had no idea. Overall the customer service is good, but I have talked to a few employees that seem dull and give off an uninviting attitude, though it is just their personality, nothing personal. I have only used Nemer's service for my car. I find that it's easy to make an appointment,everyone is accomodating, and if the service is going to take longer than anticipated, a shuttle service is off that it's easy to make an appointment,everyone is accomodating, and if the service is going to take longer than anticipated, a shuttle service is offered.Once, another problem appeared as Iwas driving home from a service appointment, I called and got right back in. I, myself work in consumer relations and i deal with retailer customers on a daily basis, and being treated like a human being and not just a source of money for your company is always refreshing. i hope to do buisness with neemer again in a few years when i am seeking a newer car.
