I was interested in a Jetta TDI Sportwagon and stopped in at Nemer after talking with other dealers in this area. Nemer VW was far more helpful and friendly than other local VW dealers. Other dealers were aggressive and abrasive during the sales process. Most of the experience was good, but I was given better pricing at another VW dealership - both for sales and service. I am moving into the Schenectady area and would like to re-establish. I was not impressed with the Customer service when I purchased my GTI from Nemer. I purchased the car in late November and the dealership refused to give me anything but Summer tires. I had specifically requested all season tires, I was told I had all season tires, and it was only when I got the car home and checked that I realized that I had been given summer tires. It is amazing that I did not manage to wreck the car. More
