I have been to Nemer a number of times and each time I visited you the persons I have dealt with have been excellent to me. No pressure to buy just information on the car I was looking at. Overall it was an excellent customer service experience. I was greeted warmly upon my entrance to the dealership and received help in a prompt manner. I ordered a 2010 United Grey, 4-door, TDi in March 2009, it came in in October 2009 and I took delivery. Sean was excellent and kept me abreast of the shipment details as soon as he had them. Was in for my 30 day checkup of my new car, services was completed within the timeframe quoted. Was greeted well, was informed what they would be doing for the 30 day checkup. I visited Nemer VW in search of a new GTI. I found one that I loved but the price was simply to high. My husband and I tried to negotiate and the sales representative kept going to the manager to negotia that I loved but the price was simply to high. WE then discussed the possiblity of a used GTI but after searching the sales person could not find one with the options I wanted. WE left empty handed. The next day I happened upon a 2007 GTI with the options that I wanted at a Chevy dealership. I purchased it right away as I had already sold my current vehicle and was in need of a new one. The next week, I received an email from your dealership salesperson stating that after much discussion your company would be willing to sell me the new GTI for the price that I wanted. Sadly, I already had bought the 2007. Had your company just agreed a bit sooner I would have purchased the newer model. That being said, I was pleased with all of the customer service I did receive while there. Your sales staff were very helpful and definitely worked hard to try to secure the deal I wanted. More
I needed a second key and the parts was very helpful. The key worked great and I had purchased an uncut key on Ebay. At first I thought there might have been a problem but no issue. Mike Heaph is the new agent. He is good. I understand that Andrew ( my former contact) went to another dealership. I would have liked it if Andrew had referred me to the Mike or the Mike had taken the t that Andrew ( my former contact) went to another dealership. I would have liked it if Andrew had referred me to the Mike or the Mike had taken the time to look up my status and realized that I was a long standing customer and given me a welcome note before I came in and found Andrew gone. I like the Nemer dealership and will continue to do business with them. The agents explain what they are going to do, let me know what they did and note why I was charged the price that I had to pay. I feel comfortable dealing with Nemer, even though my car, which I purchased there in 2000 is ten years old now. More
At first, I was lead to believe that the window regulator on my car was still under warranty. But, after further review, I came to find out that it wasn't. The guy at the service desk apologized for the mi on my car was still under warranty. But, after further review, I came to find out that it wasn't. The guy at the service desk apologized for the mistake and offered me a 10% discount, which was gladly accepted. Service was excellent and timely. My next major service will definitely be at Nemer!!! They made the experience a fun one even though I didn't purchase a car that day. They showed they cared and wanted to help in any way possible.
