My fiance and I had done quite a bit of research prior to going to the dealership but his kn very knowledgeable, friendly and his service was superb! Michael was not pushy or overwhelming and ensured that all our questions were answered clearly and concisely.. he was great. The test-drive expereince was also good. I absolutely love my Tiquan. I had to bring it in for the 10,000 mile service. Everyone there was very friendly. Bob did a great job for me, got me the price I wanted and better value for my trade than any other dealer in the area. Service has been good an New Tiguan has been running like a top since I got it in Januar better value for my trade than any other dealer in the area.
