It was a very pleasant experience to go to Nemer VW, the waiting room is a pleasant area and the staff is very nice. I had a great experience at the dealership. Michael was very knowledgeable, friendly and his service was superb! My fiance and I had done quite a bit of research prior to going to the dealership but his kn very knowledgeable, friendly and his service was superb! My fiance and I had done quite a bit of research prior to going to the dealership but his knowledge of the Tiguan far surpassed my expectations. Michael was not pushy or overwhelming and ensured that all our questions were answered clearly and concisely.. he was great. The test-drive expereince was also good. Megan went with us and she was pleasant. I feel that i had a great experience with Michael and the entire team at Nemer VW family and hope to continue driving your cars. More

In November I had difficulty getting my sales person to return calls or discuss pricing with me via phone after multiple test drives of a CC. I absolutely love my Tiquan. I had to bring it in for the 10,000 mile service. Everyone there was very friendly. I have been coming to Martin Nemer Volkswagon for more than 30 years. I have had an on again off again relationship with the dealership and the service department. There was a time when the dealer than 30 years. I have had an on again off again relationship with the dealership and the service department. There was a time when the dealers were very aggressive and rude and dismissive of women. However, within the last two years the dealership environment has become a bit more friendly. As far as the service department, they have improved somewhat. The service department is only as good as the customer service people and the quality of the work behind the doors. Recently, I was treated with respect and promptness at the service department. More

Bob did a great job for me, got me the price I wanted and better value for my trade than any other dealer in the area. Service has been good an New Tiguan has been running like a top since I got it in Januar better value for my trade than any other dealer in the area. Service has been good an New Tiguan has been running like a top since I got it in January. It now has 16,000 miles with no problems. I have recommended Nemer before to a few people.....those people just ended up making a mistake and did not purchase a VW. I will continue to recommend Nemer VW and namely Bob Catinia. More
