A friendly greeting was given even though I was dressed in dirty work clothes. I'm retired though and was looking for a used truck or SUV to pull a brand new RV trailer. He even called over the truck sales manager to discuss towing requirements and other details regarding engine size, power and torque. Then my inquiry was followed up by a very nice lady via the phone to see if I was still in the market. Matt followed up as well by phone.
