Waited 30 minutes in person to get parts ordered that had been identified (correctly) over the phone previously... Wendy could not properly located them. In another instance attempted to get a price for an item over the phone and was told it could not be done without the VIN... Don told me he would not even try to look it up (I did not ask him to order anything, just for a price) and then hung up the phone when I told him to try. I then called another Ford dealer who had no problem giving me a price on the correct part, over the phone and without the VIN! It left me so irritated that I will no longer use the Nemer Ford parts department, despite its convenience for me. More
Nemer ford worked great with me specifically Randy Wall. He worked hard and for a number of weeks to find me a car that I would be satisfied with and he did his job. Steve was very forthcoming about the nature of the warranty issue with my side view mirror. It was installed incorrectly twice by another Ford dealer, and Steve took care of it after pointing me in t warranty issue with my side view mirror. I have been a customer for many years. I've leased my last 3 cars from Nemer. I am known there on a first name basis and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I went in to get my car serviced and knew it wasn't under warranty at that time. It is a Saturn and the parts sometime are unavailable. I had gone to another service place and found my car needed a bushing? warranty at that time. It is a Saturn and the parts sometime are unavailable. I was Very concerned as I had just gotten the car about 3 mo prior and didn't have the income to get this work completed. To make a shorter story, service contacted sales and the work was done at your cost. I don't choose to take advantage but it was worked out w/the sales-service managers.) I was offered to go home and come back at some other time, as I had to go into the hospital. I feel and Firmly believe that your service people Know their business when it comes time for car repairs. They fixed it and it runs Better than when I left the lot with it, 3 mo. prior. I've had NO problems since. I thank you for this service that you gave me. My only thing that I would like to see in your waiting room is maybe? some complimentary cookies or some "reasonably priced food" at no cost, like a donut or ? so you can grab a quick bite to eat should you run out of your house in a hurry and not have any money on you to use the vending machine. I remember Saturn had that and I Loved it for that reason. It is just a Suggestion and I would hope you wouldn't take this personally as to your waiting area for service customers!!! More

Randy was very good to us during the whole process of my husband and I purchasing the vehicle. It was the service that we weren't happy with when the axle had to be replaced. It was given back to us and we husband and I purchasing the vehicle. It was the service that we weren't happy with when the axle had to be replaced. It was given back to us and we weren't informed that the axle needed to be replaced and was on order. Then I lost a bunch of transmission fluid. We requested the vehicle to be picked up and fixed properly. We have considered purchasing a different vehicle, but haven't had the time to come in. More
